14k white gold ring with a GIA certified 0.53 carat round brilliant cut center diamond (VS2 clarity/J color) and accent diamonds which amount to approximately 0.23 carat TW (SI1-SI2 clarity/G-H-I color). It measures 7.5mm wide across the top, fits a size 5 finger, and weighs 2.2 grams.
