14k white gold ring with a 0.46 carat emerald cut center diamond (SI2 clarity/E color) and accent diamonds which amount to 0.58 carat TW (SI1-SI2 clarity/G-H-I color). It measures 9mm wide across the top, fits a size 6.75 finger, and weighs 3.4 grams.
