14k white gold ring with a GIA certified 0.75 carat rectangular modified brilliant cut center diamond (SI1 clarity/I color) and accent diamonds which amount to approximately 0.31 carat TW (SI2-I1 clarity/G-H-I color). It measures 8mm wide across the top, fits a size 6 finger, and weighs 2.9 grams.
