18k white gold ring with a GIA certified 0.51 carat cushion modified brilliant center diamond (SI1 clarity/H color) and accent diamonds which amount to approximately 0.15 carat TW (SI2-I1 clarity/H-I-J color). It measures 4.5mm wide across the top, fits a size 6.25 finger, and weighs 3.7 grams.
