18k white gold ring with a GIA certified 0.91 carat round brilliant cut center diamond (SI2 clarity/J color) and accent diamonds which amount to approximately 0.37 carat TW (VS2-SI1 clarity/H-I-J color). It measures 7mm wide across the top, fits a size 6.25 finger, and weighs 5.0 grams.
