We publish all items with prices and availability subject to actual stock and are not liable for typographical errors. All orders are subject to prior sale and published prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are not considered complete until we accept payment and ship the merchandise. Credit card authorization is not considered as payment in full. We may refund payments made if an error in the order is found. If you order an item we no longer have in stock, we will do our best to offer you a suitable substitute or a deal on a similar item. We strive to make your experience the best it can be and appreciate your patience and understanding in the unlikely event of a mistake.
We sell rare items at great prices. Because of this, items may sell fast. We sell on a first come first serve basis and if your item is gone, it’s gone. We know how difficult it can be to find the rare item you need to complete your collection.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
All charges on your statement will show processed by Seeking Jewelry. Some payments may take 3 to 7 days to process.
Shipping
All orders are shipped fully insured via private insurance. Minimum shipping charge is $15. Some larger packages may be sent using FedEx or another shipping provider. Taxes are based on shipping location. We do not refund any shipping and handling fees, no exceptions.
Returns & Refunds
To ensure a smooth return process, please return items within 14 days of delivery, ensuring they are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, without exception. We pride ourselves on providing prompt refunds for any returned items. Payment refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt. We stand by the authenticity of all our products. Please be aware that any modifications, such as resizing or damage, will render items ineligible for refunds.
Layaways
We offer layaways upon request for orders over $1000. Orders 30 days past due will be canceled with a 25% restocking fee. Return privileges to not apply to layaways.

Unless otherwise specified, all gemstones are assessed and graded while set in their mountings. The approximate weights and average quality grades are determined using the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) grading scale. Please note that mountings can obstruct a complete and accurate evaluation of gem quality and weight; therefore, all information related to mounted gems should be regarded as approximate unless supported by an independent laboratory report, such as those from GIA, AGL, or EGL. Major diamonds are graded using pre-graded permanent master diamond color comparison stones, adhering to the grading nomenclature established by the GIA. Colored gemstones are evaluated according to the GIA’s prescribed colored stones grading system and terminology. Significant colored stones are described using the Gem Dialog color grading system. We strive to ascertain authenticity, antiquity, decorative periods, vintages, and circa dating to the best of our ability, based on the materials used, manufacturing methods, design elements, hallmarks, signatures, lapidary techniques, technological advancements, and thorough consultation of our extensive reference library and materials.
It is important to understand that dating and period attributions are not an exact science, as decorative periods often overlap and influence one another.
